(Block Track) Conclusions: The promise of DLT across the links of the post-trade process

DLT is opening up new possibilities in post trade that are getting the industry excited. The prospect of a more seamless custody process, real-time settlement, and a new way to document ownership is forcing us to rethink costly post-trade processes and challenging traditional structures.

Across the Block Track during this conference, we’ve covered DLT in issuance, asset servicing, payment, and trading. In this concluding session, we round it up by looking at the transformative potential of DLT in post trade.
