About me
I lecture internationally about how to benefit from diversity by explaining the challenges of cultural differences and how we can solve these challenges.
I use humor and simple illustrations that I developed together with Elise H. Kollerud at Mondå Forlag. I explain cultural peculiarities based on my own experience living, studying, working, learning the languages, and adapting my lifestyle to the local cultures of five countries.
I am known for my TEDx lectures and for my books "The Social Guidebook to Norway", "The Swedes" ,"Cracking the Scandinavian Code".
I have lectured for some of the world's most emblematic companies and organisation about "How Culture Shapes Behaviours" and the challenges of a diverse workforce.
My organisation
We are a specialised Scandinavian publishing house with a vision to improve cultural understanding and communication across cultures. We publish illustrated books that explain the Scandinavian cultures.
We have published 12 books from 6 authors. Our most popular books are "The Social Guidebook to Norway", "The Swedes" and "Cracking the Scandinavian Code".
