Mack Gill

Mack is Head of Securities Processing at FIS Capital Markets, responsible for driving FIS’ global post-trade solutions for the securities markets. Previously, he was COO & Board Member of Torstone Technology, a leading global SaaS platform for post-trade securities and derivatives processing, acquired by FIS. Before this Mack was CEO of MillenniumIT, a software subsidiary of the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), powering over 40 exchanges around the world.

Mack has been in the financial technology industry since 1994. In 2004 Mack became President of SunGard Technology Services, where he launched and developed SunGard’s software development and client services operations in Asia, scaling the business to over 3,000 employees in India, China, Tunisia, Europe and the US. Later, he also headed SunGard’s global consulting services business, managing over 1,000 consultants worldwide, and was then selected to manage SunGard’s global technology strategy & architecture. He joined MillenniumIT in 2013 as CEO.

From 2014 to 2017 Mack was identified as one of the top trading technology leaders in the financial services industry by Institutional Investor magazine. In 2018 Mack was named one of the “Top 25 FinTech Innovators” by Harrington Starr. Mack was chosen as a member of the Young Global Leaders, an affiliate of the World Economic Forum; and is a board member of the International Association for Quantitative Finance (IAQF).

Mack holds a B.A. from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s degree from Yale University.
